Wuskwatim Under Water (CBC)

Muskrat Falls is one step closer to being developed. The final legal text was signed off on Tuesday between Emira of Nova Scotia and Nalcor.

This province and in particular our premier has touted Manitoba Hydro's positive analysis of developing Muskrat Falls. But what about Manitoba Hydro's track record? One if its projects, the Wuskwatim hydroelectric project may give pause to reflect.
