No need to Regulate High-tech Taxis (CFAX)

Frontier's David Seymour was interviewed by Dave Dixon on CFAX on Tuesday 17th May, 2011.  Seymour explains his recent paper "The End of Taxi Regulation," which argues that taxi dispatch by Smart Phone  will make current regulations redundant.
