Coase Theorem In Action

In a presentation at a TEDx conference, Rob Harmon provides us with a simple real world example of Coase Theorem:

Government regulation was damaging the environment, so they decided to try using markets instead, and it worked!

Rob’s new goal is to get regulations changed to allow this to happen in other states.
